Shipping Location

We currently ship within Belgium only.

Our focus is to provide fast, reliable, and dependable delivery to customers across the country.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 7:00 PM (CET).

  • Orders placed before 7:00 PM are processed the same day

  • Orders placed after 7:00 PM are processed on the next business day

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, customers will be notified by email.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery within Belgium usually takes 3–4 business days in total, including processing and transit time.

This timeframe includes:

  • Order processing: Up to 1 business day

  • Shipping transit: Approximately 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to:

  • Courier workload

  • Weather or traffic conditions

  • Delivery location

  • Peak shopping periods (sales or holidays)

Shipping Cost & Free Shipping Policy 

    • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $50.00.
    • Flat Rate Shipping: A fee of $4.95 applies to all orders under $50.00.
    • No Hidden Fees: We do not charge handling or surprise processing fees. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tax Information

  • All prices on our website include VAT

  • Belgian customers will not be charged any additional customs or handling fees

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • Courier information

  • A tracking link to follow your delivery

Packaging & Handling

  • The parcel may be returned to us by the courier
