At Mine d’Anges, we want every customer to shop with confidence and feel satisfied with their purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how you can return an item, request an exchange, or receive a refund for online orders placed through our website.

Our policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent, in full accordance with Belgian and EU consumer protection laws.

1. Return Eligibility Period

In accordance with Belgian and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your items, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In their original condition and original packaging

  • With all original tags and labels attached

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Mine d’Anges will cover all return shipping costs.
Once the issue is confirmed, a prepaid return label will be provided.

Change of Mind or Size Issues

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or sizing issue, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@minedanges.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address

  3. Securely package the item and include proof of purchase

  4. Send the parcel using a tracked shipping service for your protection

Please note that unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Refund Timing

  • Most refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection

  • In accordance with EU law, refunds will be completed no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned item

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@minedanges.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear

  • Earrings and intimate accessories

  • Items returned in a non-sellable condition

  • Items without original tags or packaging

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
Please indicate your preferred replacement item when contacting us to initiate the return process.
