Mine d’Anges is a Belgium-based boutique offering elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully selected clothing for women, babies, and children. We operate both online and from our physical store in Brussels.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes. We have a physical boutique located at:

Rue du Marché aux Herbes 35, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium

You’re welcome to visit us and explore our collections in person.

Ordering & Accounts

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can place an order as a guest.
Creating an account allows you to track orders more easily and shop faster in the future.

How do I know my order was placed successfully?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still return eligible items after delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure card payments via Stripe, including:

  • Maestro

  • American Express

  • Paypal

All payments are processed in Euros (€).

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes. All payments are securely processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS–compliant payment provider.
Mine d’Anges does not store or access your card details.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Belgium only.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Free shipping is available on orders of €50 or more within Belgium

  • Orders below €50 are subject to a standard shipping fee, which is clearly displayed at checkout

There are no hidden charges.

How long does delivery take?

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day

  • Shipping transit usually takes 1–3 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days

Delivery times may vary during busy periods or holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Belgian and EU consumer law.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with tags attached.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping

  • Change of mind or size issues: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear

  • Earrings and intimate accessories

  • Items without original tags or packaging

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

We aim to display products as accurately as possible.
However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

No. While we sell clothing for babies and children, all purchases and accounts must be handled by a parent or legal guardian.
